Product Description
This machine is designed for grinding/polishing bevel edge, with bottom edge grinding. Conveyors use chain transmitting system which consist of anti-friction rubber pads with NO.40# forging steel bone. Timing belt are used in loading and unloading arms to carry glass, which has a stable transportation. Adopt frequency conversion as main conveyor .Grinding wheels are driven by high precision CDQC motors.

1. Highly automated and 'one-stop' processing
Glass beveling machines generally have a high degree of automation, which can continuously complete multiple processes such as rough grinding, fine grinding, trimming the bottom edge, and polishing in one go. Some high-end models also integrate PLC computer control systems and HMI touch screens. Operators only need to input parameters such as glass thickness, bevel width, angle, etc., and the equipment can automatically adjust and execute accurately, greatly reducing the difficulty of manual intervention.

4. Structural design and durability
The clamping system (front and rear pressure plates) of the beveling machine is usually made of special steel such as 40Cr, forged and thickened, and subjected to carburizing heat treatment and high hardness rubber coating. It has excellent wear resistance and a lifespan several times longer than ordinary high-frequency treated clamping plates.
