This machine is designed for producing EVA film laminating glass, featuring two layers with two silica bags for efficient processing.
1. Advanced core technology and high quality of finished products
The equipment utilizes the hot melt and vacuum negative pressure of EVA film to tightly bond glass with materials such as cloth, paper, and film. During the processing, the equipment adopts a fully forced convection design inside the furnace, forming circulating air through a high-power turbine fan to ensure uniform heating of the upper and lower surfaces of the glass, effectively avoiding the generation of bubbles, high yield, and good explosion-proof and sound insulation effects.
2. High degree of intelligent control and automation
Modern laminating furnaces commonly use PLC touch screen control and intelligent temperature control systems to achieve one click start and fully automatic operation. The system can accurately calculate the heating temperature and time, and control the temperature difference inside the furnace within a very small range. In addition, the equipment has humanized functions such as automatic vacuum maintenance during power outages, automatic fault alarms and analysis, without the need for manual supervision, greatly reducing operational difficulty and labor costs.
3. Energy conservation, consumption reduction, and structural durability
The furnace body of the equipment adopts a fully enclosed design, with high-quality double-layer insulation materials filled inside, resulting in minimal heat loss.
