ST-QX3000 Glass Washing and Drying Machine
Automatic horizontal glass washing and drying line for tempered glass, LOW-E glass and other high-standard washing processes.
Product Overview
The ST-QX3000 is a fully automatic glass washing and drying machine built for continuous workshop production. It combines a rolling-brush washing system with automatic lifting thickness adjustment and a multi-stage high-performance air drying system. The main transmission uses gear drive and the washing system features electric adjustment, delivering stable transmission, simple operation and consistent cleaning quality. Four pairs of up/down brushes plus a dedicated LOW-E soft brush meet the most demanding cleaning requirements.

- 10+ bar pre-wash: high-pressure feeding area for thorough first-stage cleaning.
- Electric thickness adjustment: frequency-inverter drive speed with digital glass thickness control.
- Four-step water tanks: parallel-connected supply, water heating device and automatic fresh-water replenishment.
- Multistage air blades: stainless steel and aluminum combination structure with three-part flowing design.
- Six brushes: four pairs of up/down brushes plus a soft LOW-E brush (bristle 0.37mm / soft 0.1mm).
- Helical gear drive: stable, synchronized, low-noise transmission that will not jump teeth or wear out.
- Integral lifting section: internal maintenance height up to 350mm for quick brush replacement.
- 15KW high-pressure blower: 3-4 MPa air pressure at 10-12 m/s, fully sealed with noise treatment.
- Full stainless steel body: 1.2mm sheet with waterproof rings and casting bearings for long service life.
- Digital visualization: Delta inverter with IM display for convenient speed and thickness readout.
