Equipped with 6 grinding heads (1 diamond wheel + 5 resin wheels), it delivers uniform edge brightness with no edge burst and no corner drop, achieving a finished product rate of up to 98% (except for human operation and original raw material factors).
Feeding speed is 0-5 m/min with stepless speed regulation, chamfer angle is adjustable from 0° to 45°, and it processes glass thickness from 2 mm to 20 mm, with a minimum glass size of 40 mm x 40 mm. The machine is built on a welded steel base and beam processed by precision grinding machines, with a stainless steel water tank and Chint electric components, ensuring stable and long-term reliable operation.
