Product Description
This professional glass beveling edging machine is engineered for precision grinding and polishing of glass bevel edges, including bottom edge grinding. The conveyor system utilizes a chain transmission mechanism with anti-friction rubber pads reinforced by sheet steel bones, ensuring stable glass movement and high working precision.
Timing belt transfer provides stable transportation, while grinding wheels are powered by high-precision CDQC motors. The machine offers easy operation and exceptional durability for industrial applications.
1. High functional integration, one-time processing and forming
The bevel machine integrates multiple processes such as rough grinding, precision grinding, polishing, and edge trimming, enabling one-time continuous processing. It features a wide adjustable processing angle range (typically adjustable between 3° and 45°) and variable bevel width, making it highly suitable for various applications including furniture glass, architectural glass, decorative glass, and frameless glass.
2. Solid mechanical structure, smooth operation with high precision
The core components are made of high-quality materials: key load-bearing components such as the base and front and rear beams are often made of thick cast iron and undergo aging annealing or quenching heat treatment, which has excellent rigidity, durability, wear resistance, and is not easily deformed.
Advanced transmission system: The main transmission often uses stepless reducers or variable frequency motors for speed regulation, combined with front and rear clamping plates (using special telescopic clamping plates or forged thick steel plates), to ensure smooth and vibration free transmission, low noise, and effective guarantee of grinding accuracy.
Innovative structural design: In recent years, the front beam lifting and chamfering machine has been launched, which allows for flexible adjustment of the height of the front beam frame according to the thickness of the glass. This not only enhances the versatility of the equipment, but also easily meets the processing needs of ultra small pieces of glass and ultra wide beveled edges.
