Flat and Bend Glass Tempering Furnace 

Machine introduction

The furnace includes loading table,top and bottom full forced air convection heating section , cross bending section, quenching and cooling section, unloading table, and control system. It is used to manufacture flat and bending tempered glass for furniture, home appliance, architecture glass, car side windows etc.

  • Excellent flatness & even quenching: alloy sections and steel sheet are cold-riveted to avoid heat-welding deformation; upper/lower quench units feature linkage + individual drives for precise nozzle height and balanced air volume control

  • Uniform heating: heating elements in matrix layout; glass oscillates automatically inside the furnace for even heat distribution

  • Low energy consumption: ≤4kWh/m² for flat (5mm); ≤4.8kWh/m² for bent (5mm)
